Senior AI / Machine Learning Engineer (Adaptive Intelligence Systems)

Role Overview We are hiring a Senior AI / Machine Learning Engineer to build and scale core adaptive intelligence systems for a next-generation learning product. This role involves designing systems that personalize experiences dynamically based on user behavior, performance, and interaction patterns. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on building production-grade AI systems that operate in real time. Responsibilities  Build, train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models in production environments using Python, TensorFlow, or other relevant frameworks.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML models into the product, ensuring seamless user experiences.  Develop and maintain a deep understanding of AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and techniques to continuously improve model performance and accuracy.  Design and implement data pipelines to collect, process, and analyze large datasets for AI/ML model training and evaluation.  Work closely with data scientists to develop and refine AI/ML models that meet business requirements and user needs.  Ensure the scalability, reliability, and maintainability of AI/ML systems in production environments.  Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements, and best practices in AI/ML engineering to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
