Senior AI Lead

We are seeking a highly capable Artificial Intelligence Engineer with deep expertise in multimodal machine-learning systems. This position is ideal for an individual who thrives on designing, evaluating, and refining large-scale language-model pipelines, with a particular focus on Polish-language data and model behaviour. You will play a central role in architecting advanced ingestion mechanisms, implementing sophisticated retrieval logic, integrating audio-visual processing flows, and ensuring robust monitoring capabilities. Key Responsibilities: * Lead the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions, with a strong emphasis on multimodal systems and Large Language Models (LLMs). * Design, train, and evaluate machine learning models, specifically tailored to the Polish language. * Architect and optimize data ingestion pipelines for diverse data sources. * Develop and maintain retrieval systems to enhance model performance. * Integrate audio-visual processing components into existing AI workflows. * Establish comprehensive monitoring and evaluation frameworks to assess model performance and identify areas for improvement. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, data scientists, and product managers. * Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, particularly in the domain of LLMs and multimodal systems. * Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and technical expertise. * Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. Qualifications: * Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. * Extensive experience (5+ years) in developing and deploying machine learning models, with a focus on LLMs and multimodal systems. * Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with relevant machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). * Deep understanding of NLP concepts, including text processing, information retrieval, and language modeling. * Experience with Polish language data and its unique challenges is highly desirable. * Experience with audio-visual processing techniques and related libraries. * Proven ability to architect and optimize data pipelines for large-scale datasets. * Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
