Senior AI Engineer Python

Voucherify is looking for a Senior AI Engineer (Python) to help drive the evolution of our incentive and loyalty platform toward an AI-orchestrated future. At Voucherify, we build a real-time, API-first incentive optimisation engine trusted by 350 global brands, including John Deere, Michelin, BOSCH, Philips, easyJet, and Burger King. Our platform evaluates complex incentive logic at scale and powers automated decision-making across customer journeys. In this senior role, you’ll work on applied AI projects that leverage Python as the primary programming language. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining our AI-powered incentive optimisation engine, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven insights into our platform, and contributing to the development of new AI-based features. As a Senior AI Engineer (Python), you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that combine machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision to drive business outcomes. You will be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI research and apply this knowledge to improve our platform’s performance and accuracy. In addition, you will be responsible for mentoring junior engineers and contributing to the development of best practices for AI engineering within Voucherify.
