Senior AI Engineer
Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and scale AI/Agentic AI solutions with real business impact.
- Develop end-to-end workflows integrating AI with enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers on solution design and system integration.
- Enhance user interfaces and hybrid solutions (backend, frontend, LLM, RPA).
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize production AI pipelines and services.
- Apply security best practices and ensure enterprise-grade reliability.
- Conduct applied R&D to stay ahead of AI advancements.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Data, or AI/ML.
- 3–5 years of experience in software & AI solution development.
- Strong skills in Python, TypeScript/Node.js, SQL.
- Hands-on with LangChain, LangGraph, LLM orchestration, prompt engineering.
- Experience with APIs (REST, gRPC, MCP), middleware (SSO, OAuth2, JWT).
- Familiarity with GitHub/GitLab, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Passion for applied R&D, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.
