(Senior) AI Engineer - Consultant (w/m/d)

Aufgaben

As an AI Engineer - Consultant, you will help our customers practically and effectively implement artificial intelligence. You will develop smart solutions, advise on implementation, and ensure that AI is seamlessly integrated into existing processes.

Your tasks:

• You accompany our customers on the path to AI-based and data-driven processes and develop solutions that create real added value.
• In workshops and meetings, you identify potential for AI, structure requirements, and ensure that the business value remains in focus for the customer.
• You prepare data, analyze it, and integrate AI solutions seamlessly into existing systems and processes.
• You support customers with adoption, change management, and governance and accompany them in successfully introducing new solutions.
• Internally, you actively work on developing consulting concepts, process models, and proof-of-concepts and pilot projects.

Qualifikation

• You bring proven experience with AI and machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Analytical thinking, structured working methods, and the ability to successfully manage even complex projects are your strengths and give you joy.
• You can clearly communicate technical concepts – both internally and to customers.
• You can present a completed degree in computer science, mathematics, electrical engineering, or a comparable field, ideally with a focus on artificial intelligence, machine learning, or data science.
• Enthusiasm for new technologies and the motivation to actively shape AI projects round out your profile.
• Very good German and good English skills
• Travel readiness is present at 20%
