Your new job

As LLM Engineer, you will develop solutions to integrate and optimize language models in the botario platform. You will stay informed about current developments in AI research and support the team in evaluating model quality and efficiency.

You will be working on

• You monitor trends and advancements in NLP and AI research to integrate innovations from large language models into the product.
• You ensure that LLMs can be used in production at customers, regardless of whether it's about the latest faster inference framework or the newest prompting technique.
• You experiment with new models and architectures to make the chatbot more powerful.
• You support the botario team and our customers in evaluating LLMs regarding response quality, latency, costs, and other aspects by providing thorough analyses and valuable insights to make optimal decisions.

The qualifications you need

• You have very good programming knowledge and are not afraid to deal with DevOps, live best practices, and have already successfully completed software projects.
• You work well in a team and with agile methods.
• You have practical experience in implementing AI-related functions in software products - from model training to deployment and versioning.
• You have experience with Python, microservice architectures, ML-model serving, Docker, and co.
• Desirable are first experiences in the commercial use of open-source LLMs, preferably in low-latency contexts combined with Speech-To-Text and Text-To-Speech models.
• You are familiar with the latest LLM technologies and practices.
• You are familiar with cloud platforms and containerization technologies.
• You think solution-oriented and approach problems analytically and structurally.
• You have an independent working style and are enthusiastic about AI.
• You master German and English in writing and speaking.
