Your new job

As a (Senior) AI Engineer (all genders) Full-Stack with experience in Generative KI (GenAI) and Chatbot-/Voicebot technologies, you will play a central role in the development and optimization of our KI-based solutions. Additionally, you will accompany their implementation at customers, partners, and internally at NFON as a technical expert.

You will be working on

• Development and implementation of Full-Stack applications with Generative KI (GenAI) and Chatbot-/Voicebot technologies.
• Support for our customers and partners in the implementation of our solutions – both on-site and remotely.
• Analysis of implementation experiences and derivation of best practices, allowing these to flow continuously into our development roadmap and backlog.
• Tight collaboration with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for customers and provide innovative features.

The qualifications you need

• Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in Full-Stack development as well as fundamental knowledge of Generative KI and Chatbot-/Voicebot technologies.
• Practical experience in collaboration with customers and partners, ideally in the field of technical implementation and support.
• Excellent programming skills in languages such as Python, JavaScript or similar, as well as experience with modern KI frameworks.
• A solution-oriented, self-reliant work style combined with team spirit and advanced communication skills.
• Fluent German and English language skills.
