Senior AI Engineer - AI Agents / RAG / Fine-Tuning

About the Role We are looking for experienced AI engineer with hands-on experience in AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and model fine-tuning. In this role, you will design, build, and optimize intelligent systems that enhance automation, knowledge retrieval, and decision-making across our product ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and data teams to deliver scalable, production-grade AI solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy AI models using various frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras. Develop and maintain large-scale AI systems that integrate with other technologies like natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and machine learning algorithms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and design AI solutions that meet those needs. Conduct experiments and analyze results to optimize AI model performance. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI research and apply this knowledge to improve our AI systems. Develop and maintain technical documentation for AI models, including architecture diagrams, system designs, and implementation details. Participate in code reviews and ensure that all AI-related code is well-organized, readable, and follows best practices. Work closely with data scientists to develop and fine-tune AI models using various techniques such as transfer learning, hyperparameter tuning, and ensemble methods. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of AI technologies, including neural networks, reinforcement learning, and generative models. Participate in the development of AI-related tools and infrastructure, such as data pipelines, feature engineering, and model serving platforms. Develop and maintain expertise in AI ethics, fairness, and transparency, ensuring that all AI systems are designed and implemented with these principles in mind. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of AI-related regulations, laws, and industry standards, ensuring compliance with all relevant requirements.
