Senior AI Engineer - AI Accelerator (f/m/d)

Our AI Accelerator is looking for an AI Engineer (f/m/d) based in Lille or Paris.

The AI Accelerator team is at the heart of Decathlon's digital transformation. Our challenge for 2026: to move from experimentation to massive usage value in record time. We are recruiting to accelerate the creation of intelligent prototypes (GenAI, Agents) capable of revolutionizing the experience of our athletes and our teammates. YOUR FUTURE CONTRIBUTION 

Within an agile team of 8 experts, you will be responsible for transforming complex business problems into concrete demonstrators (PoC/MVP). You won't just be coding; you'll be the bridge between business needs and AI capabilities. Your mission will be to continuously improve the team's velocity by defining rapid prototyping standards while ensuring that each solution is designed for future global industrialization.

TECHNICAL STACK

• Languages : Python (Expertise required), SQL.

• AI/ML : Agent orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, Autogen), LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Mistral), Vector Databases.

• Tools : Git, Cloud (GCP/Azure), Spec-Driven Development (SDD) tools, Docker.

• Your recent experiences have allowed you to develop expertise in Data Science and ML Engineering, with a strong interest in agent systems.
• You master the art of rapid prototyping ("Vibe coding") without sacrificing code structure.
• Your "Business Partner" mindset allows you to challenge current processes to propose value-creating AI designs.
• You are recognized for your empathy, your active listening skills with end-users, and your desire to share your learnings with the tech community.
