Senior AI Developer (w/m/d)

We are looking for an experienced developer to support our customers in digitalizing their processes and organizations. This change is understood as a holistic task that includes all organizational units and hierarchical levels. We act as a reliable partner on eye level, accompanying our customers with technological, economic, and communicative competence through the digital transformation.

We are looking for someone who can work independently and take initiative to develop solutions. You will be responsible for designing and developing generative AI applications and AI agent systems for our customers.

You will participate in the development of KI-technologies at Anders & Ganz. Designing customer solutions and their architecture within this strategic framework. Developing AI applications in Python, leading junior developers. Training classical ML models and possibly fine-tuning speech models. Providing software and integrating KI components into existing software architectures and as APIs. Providing technical supervision and maintenance of delivered KI systems.

You will have regular contact with customers and colleagues from other departments.

Occasionally, you may need to work on-site at customer locations.

We are looking for someone who can bring the following:

Fachlich/methodisch: Experience in software development or data science. Experience in Python. Solid understanding of classical machine learning, neural networks, and current generative KI technologies. Ability and motivation to dive deep into a technical topic and develop solution proposals independently. Experience with different KI application cases and implementing KI solutions.

Qualifikation: Study of a MINT subject or data science. Foreigners and autodidacts with corresponding work experience welcome.

Persönlich/sozial: Hands-on mentality. High level of responsibility and self-reliance. Occasional travel readiness.

Sprachlich: English proficiency C1 or higher, German proficiency B2 or higher.
