Senior AI Developer

The Role We are seeking an experienced AI Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of AI-driven systems at Spoki. In this role, you will be at the cutting edge of innovation, creating intelligent solutions that harness WhatsApp as the main channel for hyper-personalized communications, sentiment analysis, conversational flows, and automated decision-making. Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and implement AI-driven systems that integrate WhatsApp as a primary channel for hyper-personalized communications, • Develop and maintain conversational flows using natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML) techniques, • Implement sentiment analysis and automated decision-making capabilities to enhance customer engagement, • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, product managers, and engineers to develop AI-powered solutions, • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, NLP, and ML, and apply this knowledge to improve existing systems and develop new ones. Requirements: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, • 5+ years of experience in developing AI-driven systems using Python, TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch, • Strong understanding of NLP and ML concepts, including text processing, sentiment analysis, and automated decision-making, • Experience with WhatsApp API and/or other messaging platforms, • Excellent programming skills in Python, with knowledge of popular libraries such as NumPy, pandas, and scikit-learn, • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug complex AI systems, • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
