Senior AI Content Producer - Photo, Video, Motion (m/f/d) - Initially Limited to 12 Months

At Rosental Organics, you are not a classic photographer or videographer – you are the Content Multiplier. A shoot with you becomes 50+ assets, a UGC clip becomes 30 hook variants, a product photo becomes 20 format adaptations. The Meta algorithm rewards volume and diversity, and that's exactly what you deliver: from one campaign, you create a whole week's feed for Paid Social.
The position is initially limited to 12 months.

• You produce and multiply photo, video, and motion content for Paid Ads, Social, CRM, and E-commerce, with a clear focus on performance and testing volume.

• You shoot and film quickly and hands-on with modern setups: UGC, Product, Lifestyle, Studio – end-to-end and without an assistant chain.

• You will build a scalable AI workflow yourself that transforms raw material into dozens of testable variants: hook iterations, cutdowns, format adaptations, context changes, voiceover variants, motion loops.

• You develop high-performing creatives for Meta, TikTok, and CRM with a focus on hook rate, watchtime, CTR, and ROAS.

• You will productively integrate at least 3 new AI tools per year into our stack (Runway, Nano Banana, Kive, ElevenLabs, Topaz, CapCut AI, Descript – what works today, you'll replace tomorrow).

• You read performance dashboards yourself, draw insights, and translate them into new variants and hypotheses on the same day.

• You bring 3+ years of experience in content production for D2C/E-commerce, performance marketing, or a highly dynamic growth environment, including strong paid social cases (Meta, TikTok).

• Your portfolio shows real performance results (hook rate, watchtime, CTR, ROAS) and examples of how you turned one asset into many, not editorial reels, not Behance mood boards.

• You learn new AI tools independently and quickly: Runway, Nano Banana, Kive, ElevenLabs, CapCut AI, Descript, and Topaz are familiar to you, and you've usually already identified the next tool leap yourself.

• You shoot and edit yourself (≥ 85%): Sony/Canon, studio light and natural light, Premiere Pro, CapCut, Photoshop, and Lightroom at a very high level, with meta-funnel logic in your sleep (hooks sec. 1, pattern interrupts, pacing).

• Turning one shot into 50 assets sounds like an opportunity rather than a loss of quality to you; premium aesthetics without compromise are a matter of course for you, AI output should never look like AI output.

• You read numbers and translate them directly into creative decisions, structured, direct, reliable. German at least C1.
