Most organizations know AI matters but struggle to figure out where it will actually move the needle. They need someone who can cut through the hype, understand their business, and tell them — clearly and honestly — what’s worth pursuing, what isn’t, and what it will take. That’s this role. You won’t be writing code day-to-day. You’ll be running discovery workshops, assessing AI readiness, building business cases, and defining roadmaps that connect AI capabilities to real business outcomes. You’ll need to develop a deep understanding of the organization’s goals, challenges, and pain points, as well as their current state of AI adoption. This will involve working closely with stakeholders across the organization, from IT to business leaders, to identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation. You’ll also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key partners and vendors in the AI ecosystem. In this role, you won’t just be a technical expert; you’ll be a trusted advisor who can help organizations make informed decisions about their AI investments.
