Senior AI Consultant @ Spyrosoft

Strong experience in IT, data, AI/ML, or analytics-related roles, with proven involvement in projects delivering business value through data or AI solutions. Experience in consulting, pre-sales, business analysis, solution design, or client-facing technical roles. Ability to structure ambiguous business problems and translate them into feasible AI, ML, data, or GenAI initiatives. Practical understanding of Generative AI and LLM-based solutions, including RAG, prompt engineering, evaluation, guidelines for assessing the quality of generated text, and understanding how to use these technologies to drive business outcomes. Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and develop actionable insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience in presenting technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and IT. Strong understanding of the AI/ML landscape, including current trends, challenges, and opportunities for innovation.
