Senior AI & Automation Operations Manager (m/f/d)

On the way to €100 million in revenue, we want to scale smarter, faster, and more efficiently. In this newly created role, you will turn AI and automation into our real competitive advantage: you will identify the biggest efficiency levers across all departments, build the solutions yourself, and integrate them into daily operations. Your success will be measured not by coordinated projects, but by time saved, improved processes, and measurable impact. You will work closely with our Team Lead Strategy & Operations and drive your own initiatives forward.

• You will identify and consistently implement the greatest AI and automation potentials in our departments, from the initial test to scaled rollout.

• You will independently build no-code and low-code automations, AI workflows, and agents, for example with Claude, n8n, or Make.

• Together with the departments, you will analyze operational bottlenecks and redesign end-to-end workflows: simplify, automate, or eliminate them entirely.

• You will measure the time savings, quality, and adoption of your solutions and optimize them until they truly work.

• You will empower teams to use AI independently in their daily work. Standards for AI governance, knowledge, and onboarding will also be part of your responsibilities.

• If a solution goes beyond no-code, you will write the requirements for our development team and remain responsible for implementation and business impact.

• You bring several years of experience in operations, business process automation, or operational excellence, ideally from e-commerce or a rapidly growing scale-up.

• You can concretely demonstrate at least two automation or transformation projects that you have implemented yourself: with the initial problem, your own contribution, and a measurable outcome.

• You routinely work with AI tools like Claude and no-code or low-code platforms like n8n or Make in your daily work.

• You have a secure technical understanding of workflows, system integrations, APIs, and data flows without developing software yourself.

• You have experience introducing new tools and processes across multiple departments and overcoming resistance.

• We require very good German and good English skills.
