Senior Agile Management

Are you passionate about driving agile delivery at scale and managing complex strategic initiatives across a global organization?

As a key contributor, you’ll work closely with senior leaders across to ensure efficient project execution, alignment of priorities, and continuous improvement of delivery operations.

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Agile Delivery Operations
• Design and manage agile governance processes and tools across infrastructure product areas. Mentor global team members in Agile and PMO practices to build a culture of continuous improvement.
• Prioritization & Capacity Planning
• In collaboration with the Agile Infrastructure Management Office, develop and run prioritization and capacity models that help guide trade-offs and decisions aligned with business goals.
• Capacity Management & Reporting
• Stand up and support reporting processes that provide visibility into team capacity, identify optimization opportunities, and inform strategic planning.
• Program & Project Management
• Act as Program Manager for large-scale, cross-functional initiatives. Lead multi-year efforts with hands-on project deliverables, ensuring transparency, alignment, and timely delivery.
• Continuous Improvement
• Facilitate improvement initiatives and support strategic planning forums such as global product boards, architecture councils, and vendor assessments.

What You Bring

• 7+ years of experience in IT operations, agile project delivery, or infrastructure transformation.
• Proven experience managing global, distributed teams.
• Strong knowledge of agile frameworks, capacity planning, and portfolio prioritization.
• Hands-on expertise with Azure DevOps, Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Project, Visio).
• Familiarity with ITIL and all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Preferred: Experience in Microsoft Cloud services or IT service management environments.
