Senior Agile Business Analyst (ID: 3345)

Job description

As a Senior Agile Business Analyst, you will:
  • Retrieve, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories.
  • Manage and maintain the product backlog, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and alignment with business goals.
  • Support stakeholder communication and engagement across various levels of the organization.
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to drive product vision and delivery.
  • Support team development activities and contribute to efficient Agile DevOps delivery.
  • Assist in Project Online migration and onboarding activities (non-technical).
  • Drive continuous improvement and promote adoption of innovative technologies and practices.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • 10+ years of experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, and Agile delivery.
  • Strong background in backlog management and user story creation.
  • Proven experience supporting Product Owners and project teams.
  • Hands-on understanding of Agile DevOps methodologies; experience with SAFe is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch proficiency is a strong advantage.
  • Strong customer focus, with a drive for excellence and delivering value.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and ownership-driven mindset.
You should possess the ability to:
  • Communicate effectively across diverse communities and organizational levels.
  • Analyze, structure, and manage complex business requirements.
  • Adapt quickly to new technologies and introduce innovative solutions.
  • Manage multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality outcomes.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment across teams.
