Senior Advisor Project Excellence & AI (m/f/d)

You develop and optimize our company-wide delivery and project operating model for the successful implementation of our consulting projects, define standards and governance structures, and drive the integration of modern AI solutions for the automation and standardization of project and consulting processes.

Your Tasks

• Development and continuous optimization of a company-wide S/4HANA delivery and project methodology for our consulting business

• Management of global standardization initiatives as well as introduction of governance, quality, and quality gate concepts

• Development and further enhancement of standardized templates, methods, project accelerators, as well as a central knowledge management system with best practices and lessons learned

• Definition and establishment of reporting, risk, and escalation processes for sustainable management of the project portfolio

• Identification, evaluation, and implementation of AI-supported solutions for the automation, standardization, and efficiency improvement of project and consulting processes

• Conducting project health checks and quality reviews as well as deriving and implementing measures for the continuous improvement of delivery excellence

Your Profile

• Completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification

• Several years of experience in PMO, project management, IT consulting, or a comparable project environment

• Experience in the development, introduction, or further development of governance, delivery, or operating models

• In-depth knowledge in the management of complex IT transformation projects, ideally in the SAP environment

• Interest in innovative technologies as well as initial experience with Generative AI, automation, or digital productivity solutions

• Analytical and structured way of working, strong communication skills, and very good German and English language skills
