Description Lead end-to-end organisational design and change projects across ACC Work alongside experienced leaders in a collaborative, supportive team 12-month fixed term full-time opportunity to August 2027 This is a fixed term role, preferably based in Wellington. About the role: Senior Advisor (Organisational Design) will lead end-to-end organisational design and change projects across ACC Work alongside experienced leaders in a collaborative, supportive team. This is a fixed term role, preferably based in Wellington. Key responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end organisational design and change projects across ACC • Work alongside experienced leaders in a collaborative, supportive team • Develop and implement effective organisational designs that meet business needs and improve outcomes • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs • Provide expert advice on organisational design and change management best practices • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across ACC • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards • Identify and mitigate risks associated with organisational design and change projects • Develop and implement effective communication plans for stakeholders • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members as needed. What you'll need: • Bachelor's degree in Organisational Development, Business Administration or a related field • 5+ years of experience in organisational design and change management • Proven track record of delivering successful organisational design and change projects • Strong understanding of organisational design principles and best practices • Excellent communication, interpersonal and project management skills • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels • Experience working in a government or public sector environment is an advantage.
