About this role | Mō tēnei tūranga As a Senior Advisor, you will be part of a team that is passionate about making a positive impact on education. You will work closely with our leaders and teams to develop and implement strategies that drive change and improvement. Key responsibilities | Ngā kaupapa whai pānga The Senior Advisor will be responsible for: • Developing and implementing strategies that drive change and improvement in education • Collaborating with leaders and teams to develop and implement initiatives that improve student outcomes • Providing expert advice and guidance to support the development of effective education policies and practices • Building relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, community groups, and educational institutions • Staying up-to-date with the latest research and best practice in education and applying this knowledge to inform your work. What you'll need | Ōrite ki tā koe To be successful in this role, you will need: • A strong understanding of the New Zealand education system and its challenges • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • The ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • A passion for making a positive impact on education.
