Duties: Call and qualify assigned leads via auto-dialer. Understand learner needs and build interest in upGrad programs. Schedule Video Counselling (VC) sessions with Admission Counsellors. Maintain lead details and follow-ups in CRM. Meet daily calling and VC booking targets. Eligibility: 2 years of EdTech sales experience (Study Abroad preferred). Graduate in any discipline.
