Job Title: Senior Admission Counsellor – Inside Sales Company: upGrad Location: Bhopal Experience: 2 Years Work Schedule: 6 Days Working (Monday–Saturday) 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM Role Overview Drive enrollments by engaging with prospective learners, understanding their career goals, and guiding them toward suitable programs. Act as the first point of contact, qualify leads, and ensure seamless handover for Video Counselling (VC). Key Responsibilities Connect with leads via outbound calls using an audio conferencing tool; understand learner's career aspirations, interests, and current education level to recommend relevant upGrad programs; provide guidance on program selection, application process, and financial aid options; maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes; collaborate with the Video Counselling team for a smooth transition of leads; participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
