Senior Admissions Counselor (TL Experience)

Job Title: Senior Admission Counsellor - Study Abroad RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES • Engage with assigned leads and promptly initiate contact through the auto dialer system. • Qualify leads by assessing their interest, needs, and eligibility for upGrad's programs for Germany and Italy public universities. • Build rapport, credibility and establish trust with leads through effective communication and active listening. • Schedule Video Counselling [VC] sessions with Admission Counsellors for qualified leads. • Provide guidance on the application process, requirements, and timelines to ensure a smooth transition. • Collaborate with the Admissions Team to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the application process. • Develop and maintain relationships with university partners in Germany and Italy to promote upGrad's programs. • Stay updated on program offerings, admission requirements, and deadlines for Germany and Italy public universities. • Participate in regular team meetings to share best practices, discuss challenges, and receive feedback from colleagues. • Identify areas of improvement and implement changes to enhance the overall quality of service provided to leads.
