As a Senior Admissions Counselor, you will be responsible for leading the admissions process for our University partners, ensuring seamless integration of our technology platforms with their existing systems, providing exceptional customer service to students and faculty members, and driving business growth through strategic partnerships and innovative solutions. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent from diverse backgrounds. • Building strong relationships with University partners to ensure successful program implementation and student outcomes. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality training programs that meet the needs of students, faculty members, and corporate clients. • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. • Developing and managing budgets to achieve business objectives. • Providing exceptional customer service to students, faculty members, and corporate clients through multiple channels (phone, email, chat). • Identifying and mitigating risks associated with program implementation and student outcomes. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
