The role involves proactive tele calling, handling student and parent inquiries, counseling prospective students, and convincing them to apply for the university's programs. Key Responsibilities: • Proactively make telephone calls to prospective students and their parents to promote the university's programs. • Handle student and parent inquiries through phone, email, or in-person meetings. • Counsel prospective students about the university's programs, admission process, and career opportunities. • Convincing prospective students to apply for the university's programs by highlighting its strengths and unique selling points. • Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospective students and their parents. • Meet monthly targets set by the management. Job Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university. • Minimum 2 years of experience in admissions or counseling. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Ability to travel within the region as required.
