Senior Accounts & GST Executive (Export House) Company: Teamworks Factory Location: Balaji Industrial Area, Bagru (Jaipur, Rajasthan) Important Note: Please apply only if you are either a resident of bagru or comfortable in daily commute to bagru industrial area. About the Role Teamworks Factory is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented and experienced Accounts & GST Executive who can independently manage the complete accounting and compliance function of an export-oriented manufacturing company. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and inventory management. • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly financial statements, including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement. • Coordinate with the internal departments to ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. • Develop and implement effective accounting processes and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs. • Provide guidance and support to junior staff members in the finance department. • Maintain confidentiality of financial information and adhere to data protection protocols. • Collaborate with other teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed. • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to GST (Goods and Services Tax). • Manage and maintain accurate records of GST transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments. • Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns and payment of GST dues. • Develop and implement effective processes for managing and tracking GST-related documents and data. • Provide guidance and support to junior staff members in the finance department on GST-related matters. • Maintain confidentiality of financial information and adhere to data protection protocols. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and compliance, preferably in an export-oriented manufacturing company. • Strong understanding of accounting principles, including GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards). • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. • Familiarity with accounting software such as Tally or QuickBooks.
