What will you do?

As Accountmanager Offices & Logistics at Colliers, you are the director of various portfolios of office properties and ensure that each property performs optimally - commercially, operationally, and strategically.

You function as a strategic sparring partner for your client(s), anticipate commercial opportunities and translate these into sustainable value and long-term partnerships. That means you don't just think ahead, but primarily think ahead: you translate market developments, data, and trends into valuable insights and strategic advice. You see opportunities before they arise and know how to turn them into concrete results.

This means that you:

• Are responsible for the commercial performance of a portfolio (or multiple);
• Develop and execute rental strategies, including determining the right positioning, tenant mix, and pricing;
• Signal new opportunities in the market and proactively play on changing needs of relevant stakeholders;
• You lead contract negotiations with conviction and ensure agreements that are both commercially strong and strategically thought-out.
• You oversee all involved parties: from technical and facility management to marketing, legal, and finance - you keep track and ensure everything comes together;
• You drive projects around redeveloping, sustainable development or repositioning of office properties, where you are both strategically and operationally involved;
• You maintain relationships with existing clients and develop new collaborations thanks to your commercial insight and network;
• You collaborate with internal specialists such as Research, Design & Development and Property Marketing to come up with integrated solutions.
• You actively contribute to projects regarding process improvements, AI integration, and optimizations for both client and organization.

Your role revolves around content strength and direction. You keep track, determine the direction, and ensure that projects don't get stuck. With your persuasive power and knowledge of the market, you connect stakeholders, win trust, and realize results.
