Senior Accounting Team Lead with German-Lodz

We are looking for candidates with:

• Fluent German (min. C1) and very good English (min. B2) - essential for client communication purposes
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in OTC / Order to Cash / Finance & Accounting
• Previous experience in a team lead or coordinator role
• Strong understanding of OTC processes (cash application, collections, deductions, etc.)
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
• Experience in an SSC/BPO environment will be an advantage
• University degree (preferred)
• Willingness to travel occasionally to client locations
• Ability to quickly learn and implement new systems/ERP solutions within the team
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills

Your responsibilities:

1. Team leadership & process coordination:

• Leading and supporting a team within the OTC domain
• Monitoring team performance and ensuring delivery against SLAs and KPIs
• Onboarding, training, and development of team members
• Acting as a point of contact for internal stakeholders
• Building and maintaining effective relationships with client representatives
• Ensuring process compliance and maintaining up-to-date documentation

2. Process improvement:

• Identifying areas for improvement and supporting the implementation of changes
• Ensuring adherence to internal controls and quality standards
• Setting and monitoring team targets
