Job Title: Senior Accounting Manager (QuickBooks & Bill.com) Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India Shift Timing: 11:00 AM – 08:00 PM (Monday – Friday) About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior Accounting Manager (QuickBooks & Bill.com) with in-depth knowledge of QuickBooks & Bill.com software to join our growing finance and accounting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting functions for US-based real estate or property management clients, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include: • Managing and maintaining QuickBooks & Bill.com software to ensure seamless integration with our systems. • Providing expert-level support to clients on QuickBooks & Bill.com software usage, troubleshooting, and best practices. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement accounting processes and procedures that align with company policies and industry standards. • Conducting financial analysis and providing insights to drive business decisions. • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. • Staying up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations, tax laws, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and minimize risk. • Mentoring and guiding junior team members on accounting principles, procedures, and software usage. • Participating in special projects and initiatives as assigned by management. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA certification is a plus. • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and finance with expertise in QuickBooks & Bill.com software. • Strong understanding of GAAP, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
