Tasks

Your Mission

As a Senior Accounting Manager, you will take responsibility for the financial accounting of our corporate group and ensure that our finance processes are set up efficiently, transparently, and future-proof.

You will combine technical excellence with entrepreneurial thinking, continuously develop existing structures, and work closely with the Head of Finance as well as internal and external stakeholders. With your eye for detail and optimization potential, you will create the foundation for sustainable growth.

• will be responsible for the proper financial accounting of our corporate group in accordance with HGB (German Commercial Code).
• will ensure compliance with all legal, tax, and balance sheet requirements.
• will continuously develop our accounting processes and actively drive their digitalization and automation.
• will support budget planning, forecasts, and liquidity management with sound analyses and meaningful reporting.
• will be responsible for intercompany reconciliations and ensure smooth group-wide financial processes.
• will work closely with management, tax advisors, auditors, and internal departments.
• will identify optimization potential, create efficient structures, and make an active contribution to the further development of our finance organization.

You are a good fit for us if you...

• have successfully completed a degree/apprenticeship in business administration with a focus on accounting, finance, or a comparable qualification.
• have several years of professional experience in accounting and can confidently manage complex financial processes.
• possess in-depth knowledge of accounting according to HGB and a good understanding of tax-related matters.
• are proficient in using ERP systems (e.g., DATEV) as well as common MS Office applications.
• do not just manage processes, but actively question them and want to develop them sustainably.
• work analytically, structurally, and solution-oriented, and maintain an overview even in a dynamic environment.
• bring initiative, a sense of responsibility, and a strong hands-on mentality.
• enjoy combining responsibility, pace, and the highest quality standards.
• are proficient in German and English, both written and spoken.
