We are looking for a high-caliber candidate to fill the above position. : Location: Guadalajara, Mexico Responsibilities: Execute accounting records in line with Mexican Financial Reporting Standards; Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements; Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to management; Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations; Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions; Provide support to the accounting team as needed. : Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; 3+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment; Strong knowledge of Mexican Financial Reporting Standards; Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Excellent communication and analytical skills; Fluency in Spanish is an asset. : Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits package; Opportunities for professional growth and development; Collaborative and dynamic work environment; Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance.
