Tasks

• Support in creating monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB
• Accounting clarification and analysis (main and subsidiary books, settlement accounts)
• Tight interface function with internal and external IT: definition and coordination of accounting-relevant requirements
• Professional accompaniment of system changes and introductions
• Takeover of projects in the financial sector (e.g. process standardization and optimization, internationalization)

Qualification

• Multiple years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in a dynamic or growth-oriented company environment
• SUCCESSFUL completion of a degree in business administration, finance, or a comparable vocational training
• Fundamental experience in process automation in the accounting or finance sector
• Evidence of experience with system changes or introductions
• Experience in dealing with CRM systems and their accounting integration
• Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel; ideally experience with SAP or comparable ERP systems
• High IT affinity and pleasure in working together with technical teams
• Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented work style with a strong hands-on mentality
• Strong communication skills and the ability to convey professional requirements clearly to IT and other stakeholders
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking, as well as good English language skills in writing and speaking
