Your Mission with Us
You will be responsible for our ongoing financial accounting and scaling accounting processes for our growing company. Your focus: building professional, reliable financial processes, taking the lead on internalization projects, and supporting our Finance team as an experienced, dependable professional.
What You Will Work On With Us

• Multi-Entity Financial Accounting: Independent management of ongoing financial accounting for multiple companies, including valuation of non-standard transactions; independent preparation of monthly financial statements and VAT pre-registration returns.
• Annual Financial Statements & Reporting: Preparation of annual financial statements for multiple companies in close coordination with the Head of Finance and tax advisor; reconciliation of intercompany transactions and consolidation.
• Internalization of Accounting Processes: Gradual transfer of external financial accounting for all companies in-house; co-design of the future in-house accounting system (DATEV or MS Business Central/Navision) and active participation in its implementation.
• Post-Merger Integration: Support in the integration of newly acquired companies; standardization of chart of accounts, reporting, and processes.
• Process Development & Scaling: Development and standardization of scalable accounting processes and systems that grow with our growth and further acquisitions.

What Convinces Us About You

• Solid Qualification: Completed vocational training (e.g., Financial Accountant, Certified Accountant IHK, experienced Tax Assistant), or a degree in accounting with subsequent practical professional experience.
• Several Years of Professional Experience: Relevant experience in ongoing financial accounting, including monthly financial statements and VAT pre-registration returns, as well as participation in annual financial statements, ideally in a multi-entity environment.
• Technical Expertise: Independent assessment of business transactions and sound judgment of commercial and tax law implications.
• Software Skills: Proficient use of DATEV or MS Business Central (Navision) in a multi-entity environment; good Excel skills.
• Work Approach: Independent, diligent, and structured work style.
• Language Skills: Fluent German and good English language skills.
• Nice-to-haves: Experience in annual financial statements/tax returns under your own responsibility; payroll accounting & salary administration; internalization of accounting from a tax firm; tools such as Salesforce, JustOn, or Moss.
