(Senior) Accountant (w/m/d) in international environment

We are looking for a (Senior) Accountant (w/m/d) at our Berlin location for a global provider of high-quality radiation therapy products for cancer treatment.

Tasks

• Responsibility for financial accounting and recording of business transactions within the general ledger, accounts payable and accounts receivable, account reconciliation/-clarification (MS Dynamics 365)
• Maintenance of master data in accounting
• Verification, counting, and recording of bank statements and petty cash receipts as well as travel expense and credit card reimbursements
• Execution of payment transactions including settlement adjustment
• Recording of events within the fixed asset accounting
• Processing of payment adjustments for booked credits/debits
• Support in payroll processing (DATEV)

Qualification

• A completed, commercial education with further training in finance or similar qualification
• Hands-on mentality combined with analytical and networked thinking as well as a quick reaction ability and comprehension capacity
• Prior professional experience in finance and accounting
• Good MS Office skills and knowledge of ERP MS Dynamics 365, advantageous
• Teamwork, service orientation, communication skills
• Readiness for change and learning, openness to technical innovations
• Very good German and good English language skills in writing and speaking
