Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company's general accounting system.
• Report on the economic results of the company.
• Oversee accounting department activities.
• Verify salary rights and manage payroll activities.
• Handle cashier and bank payment operations.
• Prepare supporting documents for accounting operations.
• Maintain systematic recording of all costs.
• Collaborate with departments to prepare the annual budget.
• Monitor budget execution and propose financial adjustments.
• Conduct periodic financial performance analyses.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
• Monitor expenses and propose cost-reduction measures.

Education, Experience, and Skills:

• University degree in economics or related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Advanced or intermediate English proficiency.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of Romanian legislation.
