Senior Accountant - US (GAAP)

Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting principles and regulations. Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes. Manage general ledger and chart of accounts. Reconcile bank statements and other accounts. Prepare and file tax returns. Assist with budgeting and forecasting. Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures. Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff. Requirements Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is required. Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on US GAAP. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Experience with month-end and year-end closing processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus.
