Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, building lasting relationships
• Mentor, review, and support junior and intermediate staff
• Keep up-to-date with NZ tax legislation and technical accounting standards
• Deliver advisory services including budgeting, forecasting, and business strategy
• Build and develop lasting client relationships and gain exposure to a multitude of client industries!

What You’ll Bring

• NZ Bachelor of Commerce - or equivalent
• 3+ years of New Zealand public practice experience
• CA qualified (or equivalent) or near completion
• Proficiency in Xero, MYOB, and CCH workpapers
• Strong relationship-building skills and a solutions-focused mindset
