- NZ Bachelor of Commerce - or equivalent
- 3+ years of New Zealand public practice experience
- CA qualified (or equivalent) or near completion
- Proficiency in Xero, MYOB, and CCH workpapers
- Strong relationship-building skills and a solutions-focused mindset
