Senior Accountant

If you are an Intermediate-Senior BAS Accountant based in Timaru, I want to hear from you!

Presenting an exciting opportunity to work at a well-known and established CA firm, you will gain exposure to a range of clients from various industries - including agribusiness - to help diversify your skill set and knowledge base.

My client is looking for an Intermediate superstar - or Senior BAS - who has an eye for detail and a passion for working alongside clients to help achieve the best results. You will need to be confident in completing GST and tax returns, financial statements, and financial accounts, alongside working with clients using Xero and MYOB systems. You will have a can-do attitude, be motivated to complete tasks on time and to a high standard, and have a friendly, professional, and hardworking nature.

You will have:

• Bachelor of Commerce in NZ
• 2+ year of BAS experience in Public Practice
• Ability to work in a compliance-heavy role
• A can-do and motivated attitude
