Senior Accountant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our client; a growing Asset Management platform. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, the Senior Accountant will be responsible for full sets, financial closing and reporting, management reporting, treasury support, and driving finance transformation initiatives through the adoption of AI-enabled tools and automation technologies. Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Develop and maintain a comprehensive accounting system to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls. Collaborate with the Head of Finance to develop and implement finance transformation initiatives, leveraging AI-enabled tools and automation technologies to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Provide expert-level support for financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, investors, and external auditors. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards. Perform other duties as required.
