Senior Accountant (RTR) - Benelux

In this role, you will lead the Accounting - Record to Report-Lead, ensuring accurate financial reporting and serving as the main point of contact between internal stakeholders and our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) RTR-team.

Responsibilities:

• Function as the point of contact for the Business Process Outsourcing RTR-team
• Prioritize manual ad-hoc journal entries and corrections
• Perform analytical reviews of the balance sheet
• Validate balance reconciliations
• Check and validate WHT- and BTW-reporting
• Prioritize GAAP-reconciliations
• Draft and submit local statutory reports
• Provide information to tax authorities, supervisors, and external auditors
• Provide information for Transfer Pricing-documentation and disclosures

What we're looking for:

• An accountant with at least 3 years of relevant experience
• In-depth expertise in Record to Report (RTR) processes, including month-end closing and financial reporting
• Experience with audit guidance and compliance with internal controls & risk management
• The ability to work independently, with strong self-motivation and responsibility
• Advanced analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, focusing on accuracy and process optimization
