Senior Accountant

Randstad Svizzera SA To strengthen our client's accounting and control team, we are selecting a Senior Accountant with proven experience. We are looking for a precise, highly autonomous, and result-oriented individual who can manage the accounting up to the balance sheet independently, with a strong predisposition to problem-solving and managing complex mandates.

Full management of accounting for complex corporate entities or fiduciary mandates, with a specific focus on clients in the HORECA sector (Hotels, Restaurants, Hotels). Preparation and drafting of monthly, quarterly, and annual closures according to Swiss Accounting Principles. Management of the active and passive cycle (customer/supplier invoices) and monitoring of the General Ledger.

Preparation and support in preparing tax declarations and periodic reports (balances, P&L, cash flow) for management. Coordination with external auditors, fiscal consultants, and management teams to ensure compliance with regulatory and fiscal norms.

Analysis of financial performance, control (Controlling), and support for budget planning and forecasting. Development, implementation, and monitoring of internal financial procedures and controls.

Proven experience of at least 7 years in the role of Accountant, preferably with experience in the HORECA sector or working for fiduciaries that manage such clients.

Degree or Master's degree in economic/administrative field, preferably with a Federal Certificate (e.g. Financial Fiduciary, Specialist Accountant). Residence in Switzerland or proven intention to settle in the country within a short term.

Technical competence up to balance sheet closure and in-depth knowledge of Swiss Accounting Principles. Excellent mastery of Excel for data analysis. Fluency in English; good proficiency in German is considered a strong advantage.
