Responsibilities:
Assist with monthly close procedures:
Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities for various accounts & processes
Prepare journal entries and perform various account reconciliations.
Contribute to the accurate and timely preparation of US GAAP financial statements.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient accounting processes.
Participate in ad-hoc projects and analysis as needed.
Support US GAAP financial audits; liaise with external auditors.
Implement and monitor internal controls.
Optimize accounting processes across Mexico and US entities.
Mentor and train junior staff
Support the accounting functions for MedTrainer's Mexico subsidiary.
