A well-established and growing Auckland-based firm is seeking a technically strong and client-focused Senior Accountant or Business Advisory Manager to join their team.
Working alongside a collaborative leadership group, you’ll support a diverse client base of SMEs and investment entities, while also mentoring junior staff and contributing to internal process improvements. This role offers a strong mix of compliance and advisory exposure with opportunities for future progression.

- Minimum 4+ years’ experience in a New Zealand public practice firm
- CA qualified or working towards CA qualification
- Strong knowledge of NZ tax, compliance, and accounting standards
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Previous experience with Xero and other modern accounting software
