We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Accountant to join our Non-Profit and Audit team in Bangalore, India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial statement preparation, auditing, and financial analysis. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of accountants, providing guidance and training to junior staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality audit and accounting services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). The successful candidate will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and management. The ideal candidate will be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting software, including QuickBooks and Xero, and be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
