In this role, you will be responsible for several companies, drive monthly closings forward, and work closely with various teams to develop and optimize our accounting processes.

Your Mission at Our Company

• Eigenständige Durchführung und Verantwortung der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung in DATEV ReWe for several companies
• Durchführung und Weiterentwicklung des Monatsabschlusses (inkl. Abgrenzungen, Rückstellungen, Abschreibungen and Kontenabstimmungen)
• Sicherstellung einer hohen Datenqualität und Konsistenz in der Finanzbuchhaltung
• Analyse and Klärung komplexerer buchhalterischer Sachverhalte sowie Ableitung sauberer Kontierungslogiken
• Fachliche Schnittstelle zum Steuerberater für Abstimmungen, Rückfragen und Quality Checks
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Accounting Operations zur Sicherstellung vollständiger und sauberer Beleggrundlagen
• Identifikation and Umsetzung von Optimierungen in Accounting- und Closing-Prozessen
• Unterstützung beim Aufbau eines standardisierten und skalierbaren Closing-Prozesses auf Gruppenebene
• Vorbereitung and Bereitstellung von Finanzdaten für Reporting und Auswertungen
• Unterstützung bei Sonderthemen (z. B. IC-Abstimmungen, Strukturthemen, Aufarbeitung historischer Sachverhalte)

What You Should Bring

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Accounting / in der Finanzbuchhaltung (z. B. in Steuerberatung oder Inhouse)
• Fundierte praktische Erfahrung mit DATEV (insbesondere DATEV Rechnungswesen)
• Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Monatsabschlüssen (inkl. Abgrenzungen, Rückstellungen, Abschreibungen)
• Sicheres Verständnis von buchhalterischen Zusammenhängen (HGB)
• Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Klärung komplexerer Buchungssachverhalte
• Strukturierte, sorgfältige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Fähigkeit, Themen eigenständig zu priorisieren und Verantwortung für Ergebnisse zu übernehmen
