Tasks

Operative processing of debtor and creditor processes
Booking of incoming payments
Processing and checking of incoming invoices
Closing open items and tasks as part of the monthly operational closing
Reminder and payment monitoring
Written and telephone communication with customers and internal stakeholders
Use of our systems such as ERP (Agresso), customer management tool, Teams, SharePoint, and MS Office
Contribution to digital processes and optimization of existing workflows

Qualification

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
Experience in operational accounting, ideally debtors/creditors
High numerical affinity, accuracy, and joy in working operationally
Communication strength (written & telephone)
Fluent German knowledge (min. C2) and good English skills
Nice to have: French skills
