As a Senior Accountant ERP & Digitalization (m/f/d), you will actively shape the digital further development of the finance landscape & be the central point of contact for ERP processes within the international group.

🧩 YOUR TASKS:

As a Senior Accountant ERP & Digitalization, you will shape the further development of modern finance workflows, drive group-wide ERP solutions, and act as a central interface between Finance and IT.

🔍 This means specifically:

ERP Responsibility: Module responsibility for Finance processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for existing & future companies of the corporate group

System Development: Configuration and further development of ERP processes, interfaces, and digital finance solutions

Process Optimization: Analysis & further development of business processes with a focus on accounting, consolidation, and treasury

Digitalization Projects: Participation & sub-project responsibility in Finance Transformation projects, e.g., in the implementation of new workflows or automation

Project Management: Support of Go Lives, Rollouts & further developments of the Finance IT landscape

Interface Management: Close cooperation with Finance teams, Dynamics 365 specialists, and external consulting partners for the implementation of joint projects

Requirements Management: Gathering, evaluating, and translating finance requirements into technical solutions

• Education: Completed degree (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, Business Informatics) or commercial apprenticeship with further education in the finance sector

• Finance Expertise: Several years of experience in financial accounting with a sound understanding of finance processes, booking logic, and monthly & annual financial statements

• Languages: Very good German & English skills

• System Skills: Confident use of MS Office & common ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365

• Initial experience in digitalization projects & interest in the further development of processes and systems

• Nice to haves:

  Experience with Lucanet or Serrala CM Pro
  Scrum knowledge or agile project experience
