About the Role:

They're looking for a confident and motivated accountant to join their Business Advisory crew. You’ll be hands-on with clients, helping them navigate the numbers and make smarter decisions. You’ll dive into everything from tax and financial reporting to management accounts and advisory work — all while mentoring juniors and shaping how we do things.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Delivering high-quality financial reports using Xero, MYOB, and other modern tools
• Preparing and reviewing BAS, tax returns, and financials across a range of structures (companies, trusts, partnerships, individuals)
• Producing management reports, cashflows, and business insights for diverse industries
• Supporting clients with tax planning and compliance strategies
• Collaborating with a progressive team to improve internal systems and processes
• Coaching and mentoring junior team members — we’re big on knowledge-sharing
• Staying across new legislation and helping clients stay ahead of the curve
• Exposure to SMSF work if that’s your thing (or something new to learn!)

About You

• Solid experience in public practice with a focus on business advisory
• CA or CPA qualified (or on the way)
• A knack for translating complex tax and accounting concepts into plain English
• Proficiency in cloud accounting platforms (especially Xero and MYOB)
• A team player who loves solving problems and building strong client relationships
• Organised, driven, and ready to grow (with our help!)
