Senior Accountant

BatteryPool is seeking a skilled Senior Accountant to join our finance team in Pune. This role is pivotal for maintaining precise financial oversight, driving compliance, and supporting strategic growth through investment management and budgeting. Essential Qualifications: CA Inter/Final, M.Com, or B.Com with 3-8 years of relevant accounting experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in startups Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel for advanced functions like financial modeling; Word for creating reports and presentations); Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or SAP; Strong analytical skills to identify trends and make data-driven decisions; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams; Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently; Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes; Knowledge of accounting standards and regulations (Indian GAAP); Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously; Strong problem-solving skills to resolve complex accounting issues; Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
