Tasks - You will take over the overall responsibility for financial accounting and main bookkeeping, including annexed accounting and operational accounting, according to IFRS and local standards (OR). - Together with the controlling team, you will prepare and analyze monthly financial reports for the group. - You will create an independent annual statement and coordinate the entire audit process. - You are responsible for tax calculations and declarations, supported by external tax consultants. - You ensure timely submission of notifications to authorities (e.g. value-added tax, cantonal tax office). - You are a point of contact: for external partners like auditors and financial authorities, as well as for internal group companies. - You develop internal processes further, particularly in the area of internal control systems (ICS) according to corporate guidelines. Profile - A solid education in finance and accounting (e.g. Dipl. Expert Rechnungslegung, Eidg. Fachausweis Finanzwesen or Wirtschaftsprüfer). - Several years of experience in financial accounting or auditing, ideally with industry experience. - You work independently, proactively, and with high integrity. - You communicate clearly, are team-oriented, and actively participate. - You speak fluent German and have good English or French language skills.
